CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

​This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for all coaching programs, including individual sessions, personal packages, and corporate/group engagements, provided by Aman Chandra or Bulletproofing-Happiness® Coaching (henceforth referred to as "Coach/Company"). This policy is subject to the laws of the Republic of India and must be read in conjunction with our full Terms and Conditions.

 

1. General Principles

 

  • Acceptance and Agreement: By purchasing or scheduling any service, program, or package from the Coach/Company, the Client (individual or corporate entity) unconditionally agrees to and accepts all terms outlined in this Refund and Cancellation Policy and the accompanying Terms and Conditions.
     

  • Definitions:

    • Client: The individual participant or corporate entity purchasing the service.

    • Program: Refers to any service, including one-on-one sessions, personal packages, workshops, or corporate coaching engagements.

    • Commitment: The critical date/event that triggers the non-refundable status. It is defined as the earlier of: (a) the date of successful processing of any deposit or full payment, or (b) the date of written (electronic or physical) confirmation of enrollment.
       

  • Governing Document: This policy is subject to the laws of the Republic of India and represents a binding agreement between the Client and the Coach/Company.

2. Policy for Personal (Individual and Group) Coaching Programs

A. Client Commitment and Refund Policy

 

The policy for refunds on all personal coaching sessions and packages is strictly based on the Client's Commitment:

  • Strict No Refund After Commitment: Once the Client has provided their Commitment (as defined in Section 1), there will be absolutely NO REFUNDS issued under any circumstances.

  • The Client acknowledges that due to immediate resource allocation and limited program capacity, the full program fee is deemed earned by the Coach/Company upon Commitment.

 

B. Rescheduling Personal Individual Sessions

 

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a booked session.

  • If a client provides less than 24 hours' notice or fails to attend a scheduled session (No-Show), the session will be considered completed and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

 

 

3. Policy for Corporate Programs (Workshops, Training, Team Coaching)

A. Cancellation by the Corporate Client

The following schedule outlines the refund entitlement based on the written notice period provided by the Corporate Client before the scheduled Program date:

  • 30 or more calendar days' notice: The client is entitled to a Full Refund (100% of the program fee).

  • 15 to 29 calendar days' notice: The client is entitled to a 75% Refund of the program fee.

  • 7 to 14 calendar days' notice: The client is entitled to a 50% Refund of the program fee.

  • Less than 7 calendar days' notice: No Refund (0% of the program fee) will be issued.

 

Note on Material Costs: Costs for any custom materials, assessments, or preparatory work completed and invoiced will be deducted from any eligible refund amount, irrespective of the notice period.

 

B. Rescheduling Corporate Programs

 

  • The Coach will attempt to accommodate one (1) rescheduling request made with at least 14 calendar days' notice. Any subsequent request or a request made with less than 14 days' notice may incur an administrative fee of up to 25% of the program fee.

  • The new program date must occur within six (6) months of the original scheduled date.

4. Cancellation by the Coach/Company
 

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: In the unlikely event that the Coach must cancel a session or program due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, the Client will be offered the option of either:

    1. A full and immediate refund for the cancelled session(s)/program.

    2. A full credit to be applied toward a rescheduled date or an alternative program.
       

  • Termination for Cause: The Coach reserves the right to terminate any Program without notice if the Client breaches the Terms and Conditions (e.g., engaging in abusive, disrespectful, or unprofessional conduct). In such cases, there will be no refund for the unused portion of the Program.

5. Refund Processing and Legal Jurisdiction

 

  • Request Method: All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@amanchandra.org.

  • Processing Time: Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 10 business days of the written request and approval date.

  • Applicable Law & Jurisdiction: This policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this policy, the exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
